Shipping is calculated by parcel weight and shown at checkout before you pay. All rates already include 6% SST.
The charged weight is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height in cm ÷ 5000), following Ninja Van’s standard. Ceramic items are light but bulky, so the volumetric weight often applies.
